Features:

        -  Priviledge-Violation-Handler prevents problems with
           MOVE SR,<EA> instruction by patching the bad opcodes.

        -  EXEC UserState redefined to work with bigger CPUs.

        -  v3.x includes Cache-Handler for 68020/30.

        -  ColdCapture used to cure problems with 1MB Chip-RAM.
           "SetPatch r" is no longer needed!

        -  could be installed as a Reset-Resident Module.
           If already resident, just a message is displayed.

Options:

        DeciGel3        just installs all patches.
        DeciGel3 -r     installs DeciRes as a Reset-Resident Module.
        DeciGel3 -v     refreshs patched Vectors if resident.
        DeciGel3 -t     tests for Resident Module; WARN 5 if not found.

        Only one option may be used at a time!
