We've solved this for POV and Vivid - it takes a day to convert an Adobe
Type 1 or Truetype font.  The include files are several meg in size and
made up of several thousand optimally bounded smooth_triangles.

We make them to order from a selection of about 300 fonts and sell them
by email to interested customers for $99 each. (A-M then the rest on payment).
