You will need to tell us...

  1. Your school's name, telephone number
    and address including postcode.
  2. Your LEA (if applicable).
  3. The day and date of your intended visit.
  4. The number of pupils and accompanying adults.
  5. The age of the pupils.
  6. Whether there are children with special needs, and the nature of these needs, if appropriate.
  7. Whether you want to book the Discovery Centre or a guided tour.
  8. The name of the teacher who will be leading the visit.
  9. Which exhibitions you intend to visit.

You must have at least the
following ratio of adults to pupils:

Nursery/reception 1 to 6
Infants (Y1 and Y2) 1 to 8
Juniors (Y3-Y6) 1 to 10
Secondary (Y7-Y11) 1 to 15.

Your pupils must be supervised at all times.
