The dates for the Beijing Rally as quoted on the APRC page are wrong. The 
rally is now under way and will finish next Friday (20th) at the Ming 
Tombs in Beijing.  Results and other info can be found at 
http://www.hk.super.net/~muttley/prplus.html as soon as they get to me 
from Beijing.
