8 - Nicola Larini
"I hadn't the possiblity to do too many laps, as we had to do a lot of
work at the car. This track doesn't offer many possibilities do prove
your driving abilities, but it will possibly produce some
brake problems."

7 - Alessandro Nannini
"I think, I'll get some big problems to achieve a top fifteen placement
during the qualifying. We were not able to work out a fitting set-up, as
I could do only very few laps in both free practice sessions because of
electronic problems."

19 - Michael Bartels
"I had an engine problem in session two, so I could go out only once.
That's why my set-up won't be perfect. But hopefully this won't brake me
too much. As long, as I'll get a new powerful engine for the qualifying
session, everything will be alright."

6 - Kurt Thiim
"Gear number six was too short, so we got to change it. As well I'm not
very happy with the set-up, now we got to think about possibilities to
improve it."

17 - Ellen Lohr
"It was a real mess, after only one lap of session one my gearbox
stopped working. So we changed it, but the transmission of the new
one was too short, already far in front of the "Grundig-Kehre" the
engine reached the rev-limiter. But there was not time to change it
again, I had to do some laps after all. Regarding this, my time was
quite alright. But the balance of performance is really astonishing in
Class 1, two tenths of a second may mean a much better position in the
starting grid."

9 - Manuel Reuter
"Again I'm driving another car. During session one I had electric
problems, the voltage was too low, which produced ABS problems and
misfire."

20 - JJ Lehto
"After having won Le Mans I'm in a really good mood. Now I have won the
second most important race of the world, now I only got to win the Indy
500. Of course this is motivating for DTM too. In the two sessions I had
some diferential problems and an oil leak. So I couldn't do as many laps
as I wanted to."
