F1: Brazilian GP stewards' decisions 1 and 2

Stewards decision Nr 1 and Nr 2
March 26, 1995, 1pm
After report Nr 7 and report Nr 8 from the FIA Formula One Technical
Delegate that the fuel sample taken from cars Nr 6 and cars Nr 1 showed
distinct differences from the fuel previously submitted for approval.
This being a breach of art 16.7 of the Formula One Technical Regulations
which clearly states that no fuel may be used without prior approval.
The Stewards of the Meeting decided, according to art 152, 153 and 154
of FIA supporting Code to inflict:
- a fine of 30 000 US dollars on Competitor Rothmans Williams Renault and
a warning not to incur in the same infringement in the future.
- a fine of 30 000 US dollars on Competitor Mild Seven Benetton Renault
and a warning not to incur in the same infringement in the future.
As further analyses will be required to check the compliances of the
fuel used in the Brazilian Grand Prix to those in the Formula One
Technical Regulations the official classification of cars Nr 6 and Nr 1
in this Brazilian Grand Prix will remain provisional.
