There seems, still, to be a few IFs here, pre-Feb.26 series start but:
 
Stefane Ratel, the "R" in BPR Organization, wants to make sure that
non-Porsche teams look seriously at the alternatives, ie. his two-car
F40 team, sponsored by Aldix Computers.

BPR insists that all cars be homologated for road use, ie. McLaren F1
GTR will be homologated Feb.1 -- but the new SARD Toyota MC8 will have
to wait for production prior to acceptance in the series.

According to BPR, the competition should include:

    - 17 Porsches
    -  6 McLaren F1 GTRs
    -  6 Jaguar XJ220s
    -  6 Ferraris (F40s & 355s)
    -  2 Bugattis
    -  2 Toyota MC8
    -  ? Venturis
    - 1? Lamboghini Diablo
    -  1 Morgan Plus 8
