The Stewards of the Meeting, after receiving a report from the
Clerk of the Course concerning an incident which occurred on lap
38 between cars No. 27 (Jean Alesi) and 31 (David Brabham) summoned
the entrant MTV Simtek Ford and the driver David Brabham, in
order to give them the opportunity of presenting their defense as
they considered D. Brabham responsible for the incident when he
forced Alesi off the track.
The Stewards of the Meeting considered that this was an action in
breach of art 161 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.
Consequently the Stewards of the meeting, pursuant to article 152 of
the FIA International Sporting Code decided to inflict on the driver
of car No. 31, David Brabham, the penalty of the suspension of One
Formula One Grand Prix.
This suspension penalty is suspended for three Formula One Grands
Prix providing that no similar infringement will occur in the
meantime.

the inspection of car No. 26, on which the skidblock is found to be
undersized contravening article 3.3 of the Technical Regulations, the

give him the opportunity to present his defence. The Competitor
accepted the evidence given by the FIA Technical Delegate, considering
that -- may be -- the inconvenience occurred after the second pit
stop.
The Stewards of the Meeting decided to inflict on Competior Ligier
Gitanes Blondes the penalty of the exclusion of car No. 26, driver
Olivier Panis, from the event.
The said Competitor is reminded of his right to appeal under article
183 of the International Sporting Code.
The result is to be amended accordingly to this decision. This
decision is laid down at 17.50 hrs this 25th September 1994.
