Phillips' dynasty continues

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. 

         Larry Phillips of Springfield, Mo., has won an unprecedented 
fifth NASCAR Winston Racing Series national championship, NASCAR's 
ational title of weekly short-track stock car racing, NASCAR officials 
announced.
