INDYCAR: Rookie trophy naming suggestion

I think this is the right time to begin to lobby CART to name 
their ROOKIE OF THE YEAR trophy for Jeff Krosnoff.

Jim Trueman's estate funds the $50K annual prize, but I do not 
think the trophy itself is named for anyone.

I think Krosnoff represented everything good about a CART rookie, 
and it would be a great way to remember him.
