F1: Frentzen signs with Williams for 1996

As expected by many observers close to Williams Grand Prix Engineering,
Williams today announced that Heinz-Harald Frentzen would be driving
for the team during the 1997 season.

The 29-year-old German, currently with the Sauber-Ford team, will
partner Jacques Villeneuve next season.  Villeneuve's current teammate,
Damon Hill, is leaving the team after this year.
