F1: Williams, Hill break off talks

Damon Hill's lawyer, Michael Breen, announced in a news conference today 
that their 1997 contract negotiations with Williams have broken down;
Breen indicated that they had been unilaterally terminated by Frank
Williams.  The reasons were not given, but it appears that the breakdown
was not primarily due to financial differences.

Hill is now conducting negotiations with Stewart and Jordan, and he has
previously been linked to McLaren as well.
