TRANSAM/WEB: Reno Grand Prix home page

I would like to inform all racing fans about the new "Reno Grand Prix Homepage," at:

http://www.renogp.com.

This site is promoted by Reno-Sparks Convention and Visitors Authority (RSCVA) and provides up-to-date information about the SCCA's final Trans Am race for 1996.

Fans will not only witness the season finale of the Trans-Am driver's and manufacturer's championships, but they will see four other series offering five additional races during the Sept. 20-22 weekend.

World Challenge Touring and Sports divisions, American City Racing League, Barber Dodge, and Spec Racer Ford Pro will keep race fans glued to the 1.3 mile, 11-turn course at the Reno Hilton.

Reno is also the final leg of the Road to Reno Harrah's Triple Crown Award. Dorsey Schroeder won the first leg and could win $50,000 if he scores victories at the second leg in New York in August and the third leg in Reno. Even if Schroeder doesn't hit the Triple Crown jackpot, one driver will still walk away with $7,500 at the Reno race by accumulating the most Triple Crown points.

For more information, ticket information, stats, etc., please visit the "Reno Grand Prix Homepage," at:

Sincerely,
