What is really the difference between WC and BGN?

Many questions persist among many new fans regarding the difference 
 between the two series. 

ENGINES

     The NASCAR Busch Series runs a 9.5:1 compression ratio V-8 engine 
 with a minimum of 350 and a maximum of 358 cubic inches.
     NASCAR Winston Cup runs a 14.0:1 compression ratio V-8 engine at 
 Daytona and Talladega with an unlimited compression ratio at all other 
 tracks (16).
     The NASCAR Winston Cup engine also runs a minimum 350 and a 
 maximum of 358 cubic inches. 

BODIES

     The NASCAR Busch Series runs a 105-inch wheel base. 
     The NASCAR Winston Cup Series runs a 110-inch wheel base. 

WEIGHT

     The NASCAR Busch Series cars weigh 3,300 pounds. 
     The NASCAR Winston Cup Series cars weigh 3,400 pounds. 

     Other than these specific differences, as well as a few cosmetic 
 alterations, the remainder of the rules pertaining to the NASCAR Busch 
 Series also apply to the NASCAR Winston Cup Series.
