Two Winners Racing Acquires Mac Tools Sponsorship
MARION, IN (May 9) - Mac Tools, a leader in the professional
technician's hand tool industry, has joined Two Winners Racing as an
associate sponsor for the remainder of the Skoal Outlaw Series' 1996
season.
"We're pretty pumped up about having Mac Tools join Gold Eagle and
Kele & Associates as our marketing partners," Two Winners crew chief
Joe Houk said Thursday. "When you race 100 nights each year, you
depend on your tools every day and Mac Tools has the best in the
business."
"Commitment and hard work are the forces behind the growth and
success of Mac Tools," Mac Tools President Tim McDonald said. "Our
distributors and employees, the Mac Team, are true professionals.
Together, we are helping our customers get the job done with the best
tools, equipment and service. Automotive professionals have depended
on us for over half a century."
Not only has Mac Tools developed an outstanding reputation in the
automotive industry, but also in motorsports. Mac Tools has been
committed to supporting race teams with quality products and services
for more than 10 years with the World of Outlaws, NASCAR Winston Cup,
Busch Grand National and IndyCar racing.
Each year, the Mac Tools Motorsports team involvement has grown
and become a vital segment of Mac Tools' advertising and promotional
programs. In the last 10 years, Mac Tools has been associated with
such drivers as Ernie Irvan, Geoff Brabham, Harry Gant, Richard Petty,
Dale Earnhardt, John Force, Rusty Wallace, Mark Martin, Davey Allison
and Alan Kulwicki.
In 1994, Mac Tools was the primary sponsor on Hamilton
Motorsports' #77 J&J driven by Stevie Smith, Jeff Shepard and Johnny
Herrera. In addition to the Two Winners Racing team and Jeff Swindell,
Mac Tools is also currently the associate tool sponsor for Smith,
Steve Kinser, Dave Blaney and Jac Haudenschild.
Swindell and the Two Winners team currently rank fourth in the
World of Outlaws point standings, with "A" Feature victories at State
Fair Speedway in Oklahoma City and West Plains Motor Speedway. WoO
