Skoal Outlaw Series Cancels Huset's Event
    SIOUX FALLS, SD (April 27) - Strong winds gusting up to 80 m.p.h.
have damaged Huset's Speedway, forcing Skoal Outlaw Series officials 
to cancel Sunday's event at the high-banked, 3/8-mile oval.
    The World of Outlaws is scheduled to run a $34,485 event at
