JERRY GREENBERG
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Greenberg is a co-founder and major shareholder
of the Company. From 1982 to 1989 he was the sole shareholder
and President of Leader Communications Inc. (Leader),
a Chicago based cellular phone and two-way radio
company. In 1989, Mr. Greenberg sold Leader Communications
to Fleet Call, Inc., which subsequently changed its
name to NextTel. Prior to owning and operating Leader,
Mr. Greenberg was the President of Hampden Green Management
Corporation, a private real estate management and development
company.
