In 1981, Mr. Duncan began a 5-year tenure at Commodore International, serving at that time as Vice President of Finance for the Swiss operation, Acting General Manager for the Holland operation, President of Commodore Canada, and President and Regional General Manager for Italy, France, and Belgium.

As President and CEO of Victor Technologies of Scotts Valley, CA, Mr. Duncan successfully increased sales while reducing corporate overhead, introducing a line of computers and calculators to the market. In 1987, Mr. Duncan began a second term at Commodore International, serving as General Manager of US Sales and Marketing and later as Vice President and General Manager of Latin America and Eastern Europe operations, where he was successful in expanding distribution in four major countries in each region.

From 1991, Mr. Duncan has served as a management consultant to a number of firms. Notably, as Acting Chief Financial Officer for Electro Brain International of Salt Lake City, UT, he acted in the private placement of millions of dollars worth of common stock for the publicly traded company.
