ESCOM Declares Bankruptcy |

7/15/96 - BONN, Germany - Germany's second largest computer supplier, ESCOM AG, declared bankruptcy. Two weeks ago, the receiver in charge of handling the ESCOM bankruptcy was unable to raise enough finances to support a possible rescue bid. No statements have been made concerning the affect on ESCOM's pending sale of its Amiga Technologies subsidiary to the Chicago based VIScorp. |
