Germany's Bayerische Vereinsbank Sells 16% Share of ESCOM
7/14/96 - FRANKFURT - Germany's Bayerische Vereinsbank banking group reported that it has engaged in a transaction to sell its 16% share in ESCOM AG. The transaction occurred outside the stock exchange, in a private transaction, after the exchange closed for the day. The bank will not reveal the share price or the buyer for the transaction. On the Franfurt Stock Exchange, each share of ESCOM AG stock fell 78 pfenning down to 1.85 marks. ESCOM AG owns Amiga Technologies, manufacturer of the A1200 and A4000 computers.
