I know this is a month late. Well, you know, exams. ^_^; Hope this is useful
to someone out there.
1. A big special section on how to make doujinshi in Japan, right from the
very basic, tools, papers, schedules, to interview with printing company
about details that should be paid attention to. Very interesting even for
those who are not going to make any doujinshi, and of course a must-read
for those who will.
2. A short interview with Satou Atsuhiro, a member of Hikaru Genji Super 5.
He sang the ED of the TV anime "Rantarou". When talking about manga he
read, he said he read Doraemon, Dr.Slump, etc when he was young, and he
likes the appearance of Arale-chan in Dragon Ball. He also likes Endou
in Shoot!.
3. "Maps", by Hasegawa Yuuichi, has finished finally after 10 years of
running. There is a special interview with him. Hasegawa is born in
25 Apr 1961, in Chiba Prefecture. He debuted in Shounen Champion in
Nov 1983. The manga Maps will finish at volume 17.
4. Hiwatari Saki (PSME) has already had a new manga running in Hana to Yume,
titled "Mirai no utena". It is about this creative boy who is interested
in creating his own RPG story.
5. Narita Minako's "Alexandrite" has finished in Lala #11. So did Ikeno Koi's
"Tokimeki Tonight" in Ribon #10. Looks like Aira gave up all her power to
be with her lover together. Happy ending.
6. Houjou Tsukasa has a new manga running in Shounen Jump, titled "Rash!".
The heroine is a Kaori-lookalike (named Yuuki).
7. New manga by Shiina Takeshi (GS Mikami) called "Henshin Kenbou Hormone",
running in Shounen Sunday #10 extra. Yuuki Masami (Patlabor) also has a
new manga running, in Shounen Sunday #43, titled "Sire Line". And also
Hara Hidenori (Fuyumonogatari, Heyani oideyo) has a new manga called
"Itsudemo yume o" in Young Sunday #18.
8. In magazine (a new one) Kimi to Boku (a shoujo manga one) #2 (Nov 24),
there is a "Carol" manga by Kouga Yun. It's about Carol's granddaughter.

11. The video of "Clamp in wonderland" will be on sale! The anime will be
7 minutes, and the pack will include a set of postcards, for 3200 yen,
available through mail order and Animate shops. You can ring 03-3530-1461
for informations and questions if you are in Japan. Another Clamp event
called "Clamp Christmas Carol" was held in Dec 11.
12. Takaguchi Satomi's "Hana no asukagumi!', which has been running since
the first issue of Asuka, has finished in Asuka #1. There has been
really a lot of long running series ending this year.
