Alongside studying, I enjoy socialising and having a "larf". I am a firm believer in protecting everybody's basic Human Rights and that is why I am a member of Amnesty International, the Human Rights group. Besides this, I dabble in amateur poetry and enjoy reading the odd literary work or taking a trip to a nearby theatre or cinema with some friends, time permitting...followed by a session of frantic beer and whiskey guzzling of course!
My favourite whiskies are the single malt variety and you have to try it yourself to appreciate it. There is a link to a good whiskey buyers guide from my startup page under "Other links of interest.." One of my favourite brands is Glenfiddich.
I love scientific and hi-tech things -- its always interesting and never boring.!
