This is a Shareware game.  What that means is that is you like the game,
I request that you send in a small registration fee for the game.  This fee
entitles you to information on future updates, revisions, bug reports or
information on any further products that I might make.

If you don't like the product or it is not what you thought it was or you
are in any way dissatisfied with it then do NOT send any money! This is the 
best way to tell a Shareware author that you are not happy with the product.
Believe me, we'll get the message!

On the other hand, if you use and enjoy the product then you should send
in the requested registration fee.  I have made a point of keeping the
requested ShareWare price as small as possible.  Many authors ask for a
commercial price for their ShareWare, but I believe in asking a fair
price for a product.

I intendon producing quality software for the Amiga with a Shareware price
not exceeding $10.  The problem is that if you ask $15-$20 then you are 
competing with commercial products, and it is rare indeed to find Shareware
worthy of that high of an asking price.  I would prefer to make money on
volume of units sold than on a high asking price.
  
Finally, I can honestly say that this version would NOT have been created
if it was not for the success of the first version, and I would like to
thank all the users who supported the first version.  I am currently working
on other Shareware GAMES and hope to have them out by the end of the year.
I will continue to make them as long as the user support is there and it is
worth my time.  There is always the commercial market to consider when
producing a game.


NEW FEATURES:
------------

1.  Cheat mode - You can now play in cheat mode and get the answer to a
                 question by clicking the left mouse button on the cheat
                 box.  You are also given more chances to miss in this mode.
                 (Handy for those new to Star Trek or beginners.)

2.  Selectable Skill Level - You can now select a skill level to play by.
                             EXPERT or NOVICE.

3.  Digitized Music - The game now features 20 themes from the T.V. series,
                      that are played as to answer questions. The sounds 
                      are only available to those who order additional
                      volumes of the game.  This is for two reasons:
                         
                      1. The sound files are big and I didn't want to place
                         them on BBS's along with the game as it might keep
                         some people from downloading the game due to 
                         it's size.

                      2. To reward people who support Shareware.  The game
                         will function fine without the sound files, so you
                         don't need them to enjoy the game.  They only
                         enhance the game.

4.  The game is playable from the CLI or the WorkBench.  Insert the disk
    at the WorkBench screen and click on it's icon to play the game, or type
    "tt-v1" at the CLI.

Finally, please distribute this game anywhere you want to but please leave 
the ARC/WARP file intact so that everyone receives the same disk.  Please
do not upload or distribute "parts" of this game.  Feel free to write me 
and tell me what type of games you would like to see for the Amiga.  
If I get enough requests for a particular type, I will consider making 
it.  Thank you and look for more great games in the future.
