A C64 emulator with Versions for MSDOS and LINUX.

This is a bugfix release.

	read-modify-write bug of 6510 implemented.
	open-border support under MSDOS (uses VESA needs DX4/100 for 1:1).
	Video-sync is now a commandline option.
