Teenage boys in the Panic Society.



	The 20th Century had a lot of problems with evil teen aged 
boys. There were problems with excessive drinking, drug use, sex, 
partying, racing cars, and rebellious behavior.

	Your Glorious Leaders made sure that Such problems tended to 
be ignored. We said, "Oh, they are only sowing their wild 
oats","Boys will be Boys",they are "just experimenting", or else 
it was, "They are not old enough to know right from wrong."

	Even when teen boys got in trouble with the law, Your 
Glorious Leaders made sure that their names were protected. Your 
Glorious Leaders made sure that The punishment often amounted to 
little more then a slap on the wrist.

	Your Glorious Leaders made sure that teens were growing up 
in a world where they didn't have to worry about being 
responsible for their actions. Your Glorious Leaders told them 
that "it was some one else fault that they acted that way".

	During the 50s. Teen Boys were fascinated with fast cars. 
They often rebuilt the engines and used those cars for drag 
racing on the streets. A popular way to settle a dispute was a 
game called "Chicken". This involved racing towards each other 
down the center line of a highway. The first person to swerve was 
"Chicken". Many a teen boy ended up dead from the resulting 
crash.

	Chicken was soon replaced with the games of "Joy Rides" and 
"Cruising". This is where carloads of teens, often loaded down 
with booze and drugs, cruse the streets and parking lots of the 
suburbs. They would squeal the tires on their cars and race 
around those parking lots. It was quite common for cruising teens 
to drive over lawns and knock down mailboxes.

	Car stealing by Teen Boys is a very common activity. Often 
those cars were stolen just for joy riding, or, they may be sold 
to a fence for drug money. Boys that are too young to be teens 
even started stealing cars. They often have to sit on something 
in order to see out the car window, and have a friend work the 
pedals on the floor. Your Glorious Leaders made sure that they 
have no fear of the law even if they get caught.

	Gangs of teenage boys were soon roaming the streets. They 
begin fighting rival gangs. Soon, this fighting involved gun 
battles and random shootings. The schools in Long Beach built a 
10' high 1000' long wall in order to protect the students from 
the constant rain of bullets coming out of the neighborhoods 
where teen boys lived.

	There were rapes, murders, robberies, suicides, etc that 
were caused by teen aged boys. There were even senseless murders 
of family members in the name of satanic rites. Teen aged boys 
even disfigured themselves under such rites. They often abused 
and mutilated helpless animals and pets. (Sag News, May 19) A 16 
yr old boy was arrested after he had set off two pipe bombs in 
the school in Anderson, Ind. (Oct.9,1989)

	The drive by shooting became the popular way to settle a 
dispute. This is where a fast car with teen boys will drive to 
the place in dispute and open fire on the occupants. The use of 
fire bombs and automatic weapons were very popular. The teen boys 
were seldom caught as many of the witness usually ended up dead. 
Saginaw has had 35 drive by shootings in 1990. New York averages 
4 shootings a day. Even babies in their mothers arms in their 
homes have been killed by all of that flying lead.

	Some teen boys, when they have nothing to do, play a deadly 
game called russian roulette. Many a teen boy has had his luck 
run out on this deadly game.

	Teen boys are fascinated about sex. They are constantly on 
patrol looking for girls that would "Do It". They would "Do It" 
anywhere, anytime and anyplace. And, they would "Do It' a lot.

	Because they were always "Doing It", Teen girls were getting 
pregnant at an alarming rate. VD gonorrhea, AIDs and other 
sexually transmitted diseases were spreading like crazy among 
teens.

	If some girl didn't want to "Do It" with the teen boy, she 
usually ended up being raped by the teen boys.

	Teen boys would "Do It" to anyone, anything, anyplace and to 
anything female. It is not unusual to find dogs, goats, pigs, 
sheep, hefters, ponies and other animals being sexually molested 
by teen aged boys.

	Teen boys were also molesting younger siblings. A mother was 
even raped by her own teen aged son when she didn't have enough 
money for his drug habit.

	Thus, the newest rage among teen boys was a game called 
Super Stud. The object of this game was to see how many girls 
that they could get pregnant in a given period of time. They went 
after every girl that they could get their hands on.

	Gang rapes were also very common. Teen boys were fascinated 
with the "Gang Bang" concept. Many of their ideas came from 
watching X-Rated movies. Other sources were from M-TV and Rap 
Music.

	The real national shocker occurred when a jogger was 
attacked by a gang of teenagers in Central Park in New York. 
(April, 89). A women was beaten, stabbed, and gang raped by teen 
boys "just for the fun of it." She was found nearly dead after 
losing nearly 80% of her blood from this brutal attack. The Teen 
boys that did this got their idea for the rape from Rap Music. 
August, 1990, the teen boys were found Guilty of this crime. Your 
Glorious Leaders screamed that the conviction was "Racist" 
because those teen boys were black.

	There are many other examples as well. A 2 yr old girl was 
raped and tossed in a dumpster by a 15 yr old boy. A man in Flint 
was beaten to death by teens and then stuffed into a sewer. 
Another man in Flint was sodomized with a broom handle, burned, 
and had his skull crushed by two teen boys. Two teens burned some 
barns down in Caro killing several horses in the process. A gang 
of teen boys in New York, October 7, 1989, severely beat up three 
Jewish men as they left a party. On November 11, 1989, two teen 
boys, age 16 and 17, trashed the home of GM executive Glenn E. 
Tarr, kidnapped both him and his wife, forced her to withdraw 
money from a automatic teller, and shot both of them numerous 
times in Pontiac park where the bodies were discovered the next 
day. November 10, 1989, Chad G Lyttaker,17, murdered an 18 yr old 
in Caro. Nov 12, 1989, a Saginaw Street Sweeper was shot at by a 
17 yr old. A teen aged boy ran naked through a Hardiee's 
restaurant on Bay Rd. June 21,1989 a 17 yr old boy in Saginaw, 
raped a 78 year old woman, killed her, and set fire to her house. 
An 18 yr old was caught with 25 grams of Crack Cocaine and 
convicted of possession. Terrance Watson, 15, shot to death his 
younger sister on December 27, 1989. Four teen boys gang raped a 
girl at a governor's mansion on November 30 in South Dakota. A 19 
yr old was arrested after three pipe bombs exploded in an 
university that he was no longer attending. A 14 yr old boy raped 
a blind women in the laundry room of her apartment. Two teen 
boys, age 14 and 16, were arrested in Gladwin County for 26 
burglaries and 17 malicious destruction of property. (January, 
1990), David Hawkley, age 13, sexually molested 64 pre schoolers 
at a church run center, His older brother was also involved, 
(Saginaw News, February 3,1990). A 13 yr old boy dragged a 11 yr 
old into a garage, beat him up, poured gasoline on him, and set 
fire to him. (March 8, 1990, New York.) A 14 year old was fooling 
with guns and killed another teen in West Springfield, Mass. 
March 21, 1990, two teen boys were arrested on assault charges 
after they shot at and hit two people with their air rifles that 
they were shooting out of their truck window. They also shot out 
several car windows of cars on the streets and hit some of the 
occupants. Colburn L Wicker, a father of 2 at 18, along with two 
other teen boys beat up and murdered two other teen boys, July 
1990.

	July 13, 1991, teen boys go on a rape rampage in Nairobi 
Kenya. A gang of teen boys smash their way into a dormitory of a 
Roman Catholic boarding school. Here they attacked and raped 71 
girls. Another 19 were killed when they were crushed or 
suffocated as a result of being gang raped.

	In Lakewood, California, eight members of a teen gang 
awarded themselves points based on their sexual exploits with 
teen girls, some of them as young as 10.

	Gangs of teen boys are constantly destroying fences, 
smashing down cement block walls, fighting in stores, 
shoplifting, shooting out windows, and otherwise scaring away 
customers from East Side stores along Genesee Street in Saginaw. 
April 10, 1990.

	Three teen boys murdered six other people at their house in 
Detroit. Teen boys in Teaneck, New Jersey, overturned patrol 
cars, smashed windows, and looted stores after a teen boy was 
killed by a policeman after he tried to get away and reached into 
his coat for a gun that he was reported to be carrying. Four Beal 
city teens spiked school food with laxative and caused several 
adults to get sick. June 15, 1990, two teen boys started a fire 
that killed three young kids and injured three other family 
members. Cecil L. Pullman, 18, shot another person while 
committing a robbery, Chad J. Lyttaker 18, of Caro, shot and 
killed another teen on November 10, 1989, John Lewis Long, 18 
shot Brian D. Huntley in an argument over a pop bottle, July 
1,1990, Jorge F. Pais, 18, broke into a home, threatened a 5 yr 
old girl with a knife, then raped her. James Hoffa, 19, tried to 
hit three people with a van. He was drunk at the time. A 15 yr 
old Saginaw Teen committed the satanic murder of a 14 yr old girl 
in Warren, Michigan. The girls body had been dismembered and her 
head skinned. Raphael Nash, 13, kidnapped, raped and robbed a 29 
yr old woman at gunpoint. Mathhew Rosenburg, 14, sexually 
assaulted and killed a 5 year old boy in 1983. Your Glorious 
Leaders want to let him go. April, 1993, A high school freshman 
was stabbed to death in his classroom by three teenagers who were 
looking for a fight. The attackers were trading high fives and 
laughed after the slaying. And other examples too numerous to 
mention.

	Teen boys committed violent crime in record numbers. In 
1989, 238 teen boys were arrested for murder. This is 4 times the 
rate from 1980.

	"Much of this violent crime is occurring because kids are 
high on drugs, they are fighting for turf where they can sell 
drugs, or they are committing crimes like robbery to get money to 
pay for drugs.

	Younger boys often imitated the actions of their older teen 
brothers. In Ypsilanti, on July 16, 1989, five boys age 7, 8, 9, 
12 and 12, attacked a 12 yr old girl, pinned her to the ground 
and molested her. Five weeks later, one of the 12 yr old boys 
attacked her again. Your Glorious Leaders says "the teen boy is 
too young to face criminal charges". The Judge has let the 7 yr 
old go on the grounds that he is "Slightly Retarded". The 8 and 9 
yr old were released on the grounds that they receive therapy.

	Two young boys are known as "Holy Terror" to teachers and 
authorities in the Detroit area. Your Glorious Leaders insist on 
protecting the boys names. This in spite of the fact that the 8 
year old has pulled knives on students, beaten students up for 
lunch money, has assaulted teachers, burned down a garage, and 
forced another 8 yr old boy to perform a sex act. The other boy 
of 9 years old has committed criminal sexual assault acts. Your 
Glorious Leaders refused to take the boys into the youth home 
"Because of their age and size". The boys heros and role models, 
their older brothers who are in prison on murder charges.

	Bret Kellin, at 8 years of age, killed his older brother 
with a shotgun because "He was picking on me". He was released on 
the grounds that "he was too young to know what he was doing". On 
October 31, 1989, at age 13, he killed his younger brother with a 
hand gun while playing Russian Roulette.

	A 11 yr old boy was caught molesting younger boys in a 
Kinder Care center in Lansing. He had threatened younger boys 
with violence if they didn't cooperate.

	A 12 yr old molested and severly bear a 5 yr old girl. Feb 
4, 92.

	An 8 year old, criminal record started at age five for 
shoplifting marbles and stealing a can of pop. His present charge 
is his second car thief charge for the month.

	Saginaw News May 4, 1989, Editorial quote.

	"American cities, unlike those in countries such as Sweden, 
and Japan which have kept a balance of authority and 
responsibility, are zoos and jungles in which not the animals, 
but the citizens are locked up. Young boys with criminal 
propensities have almost nothing to fear in the United States for 
whatever crimes that they commit, and they know it."

	Juvenile homes were places that the evil Court systems would 
send teen boys to when they got in trouble with the law. Such 
homes were formed in an effort to turn the teen boys away from a 
life of crime and convert them into useful members of society. 
However Teen boys were soon overcrowded in those homes. Teen boys 
soon formed gangs in those homes. They then took control of those 
homes by force.

	"A new breed of vicious juveniles with no regard for human 
life is taking advantage of a overcrowded, aging Kalamazoo County 
Juvenile Home, and turning it into a fear ridden prison for 
employees and other inmates". (Sag News, Feb 7,1990). "Several 
employees had to be treated for injuries last week after being 
struck by fists and furniture." However, the county has slashed 
more then $200,000 from the budget of the probate courts which 
runs the homes.

	Teen boys often formed gangs in the high schools where they 
would then attack and do great bodily harm to others. They have 
been known to single out and beat up others for any and no 
reason. Much of this behavior was because of the teachings of 
their families, the stories from other teen boys, and the 
influence of the Catholic Church that behavior that was 
considered abnormal is inferior. A teen boy from New York was 
interviewed on the January 30,1990 Larry King show. He had been 
accused of being a gay in the school and was attacked by a gang 
of teen boys in the boys room. Your Glorious Leaders made sure 
that The victim got charged with 5 counts of assault.

	Similar such attacks and resulting murders have been known 
to occur elsewhere.

	Teen boys ran rampid on the three nights of October 28, 29, 
and 30. Such nights became known as "Devils Night". Those teens 
burned houses, slashed tires, spray painted buildings, smashed 
windows, etc. Those problems are very severe in cities such as 
Detroit and Flint. Over 250 fires occurred in both cities 
overnight.

	During the day of October 29, 1989, teen boys went crazy in 
New York City. They smashed windows and trashed stores all 
through the city. The Police arrested 230 of them mostly on 
charges of robbery and assaults.Your Glorious Leaders made sure 
that they were soon released with little more then a slap on the 
wrist.

	On October 30, 1990, teen boys in New York ran rampid. They 
carried baseball bats, pipes, chains, and meat cleavers. Their 
rampage left one hobo dead and 9 others badly injured. The teen 
boys ranged in age from 13 to older brothers that are 23.

	Teen boys set 50 fires in Saginaw, and over 400 others in 
Detroit on Halloween night.

	April 29,1992. After hearing the verdict of the Rodney King 
beating trial, The Bloods and the Crypts, two Teen gangs in Las 
Angles, declared war on the city. They set thousands of fires, 
looted stores, killed by severly beating anyone that they caught 
on the street, and put hundreds in the hospital. The LAPD did 
nothing to stop them as they became targets of this violence.

	By May 1, when the National Guard finally moved in to take 
control, there were 31 dead, 800 hospitalized, a billion dollars 
of damage from arson, and over 3000 arrests. Other major cities 
had similar outbreaks of violence.

	Your Glorious Leaders, such as Jessie Jackson, Congresswoman 
Maxine Watters, and the liberal News media continue to insist 
that this violence was the result of racist reaction to the 
trial.

	Teen boys ran drugs rings with little fear that anything 
would happen to them if they got arrested. Teen boys could make 
as much as $1000 a day peddling those drugs. The pagers was the 
latest status symbol in the schools. It was used by teen drug 
pusher so that they could be notified when their supply was being 
delivered.

	Teen boys are always shoplifting, breaking into houses and 
stores, and taking anything that they want. They have little to 
fear from the law and they know it. Teens held the manager and 
clerks of a clothing store at knife point and then ransacked the 
store Oct. 30 in New York. Teen boys are always stealing cars, 
slashing tires, spray painting everything, and doing anything 
that they want.

	The latest craze of 1991 is the fad of the sports jacket. 
Teen boys are steeling them at an alarming rate. They are 
stealing them from stores and each other.

	Locally, the JC Penny store has chained sport jackets to 
post. Teen boys are beating up other teens for the coats. They 
are also stabbing and using guns in order to get those coats. 
Even the gangs are involved, However, the gangs are going after 
all coats, not just a certain brand.

	Teen boys drank anything, smoked anything, injected 
anything, and ate anything that would "Make them high". Chug a 
lug contests were common. Millers high life beer was a common 
drink among local teens. But, teens would drink much stronger 
stuff as well.

	Teen boys would experiment with anything that they though or 
heard would make them high, sometimes with fatal results. A few 
years back, a teen boy heard that you could get high injecting 
peanut butter and mayonnaise. He tried it only once and ended up 
in the hospital with blood poisoning. Another teen boy tried to 
get high on Butane gas. he is now dead. Robutessin cough syrup is 
another favorite of teen boys.

	In 1990, 52 teen boys died as a result of inhaling 
chemicals. Locally, Scott Ellis decided that he knew better. 
After snorting a huge dose of butane from a lighter refilling 
can, he went whacko and then unconscious. He is now dead as well.

	January, 1992. The latest rage among teen aged boys is 
fabric spray sniffing. So far 20 teen boys have died from 
inhaling this stuff.

	A brand of high alcoholic wine has become popular among teen 
boys and girls. Many of them have died from alcoholic poisoning 
after chug a lugging this stuff.

	Teen boys have also inhaled glue, paint spray, Dap rubber 
cement, and even Pam spray in their quest to get "High". Many of 
them ended up with lung and brain damage from those experiments. 

	This problem is especially severe in Britain. Here the teen 
boys are sniffing everything that they can find. An average of 
two deaths a week occur as a result of this inhaling of such 
chemicals in that quest to get high.

	Then, teen boys discovered Marijuana, Methathamines (ice) 
and Crack Cocaine. As they started to use those drugs, their 
grades in school went way down. Teen boys on those drugs were 
soon involved into all kinds of crimes and rebellious behavior as 
their brains were being slowly retarded by their drug habits.

	In Chesaning, Teen boys found out that they could get high 
on loco weed. (Jimpson Weed). Many of them ended up in the wacky 
ward at St. Lukes Hospital in a severe state of "self induced 
craziness" (Saginaw News, Oct13.) On Halloween evening, 6 teen 
boys from Freeland tried to get high by eating Jimpson weed 
seeds. All six were soon in the hospital emergency room.

	In 1991, Teen boys found out that they could get higher then 
a kite by licking the skin of Cane and Bufo Toads. The animal 
gives off a powerful poison on its skin as a defense mechanism. 
One lick too many has sent many a teen boy on his last high.

	The rage of October, 1990 is getting high on freon. Adam 
Kimbro, 13, was found by his parents in convulsions, as a result 
of inhaling freon gas. He also had second degree burns on his 
face, neck and left hand as a result of direct exposure to the 
raw gas.

	The current rage of 1992 is to inhale gases from spray cans 
to get that "nitrous high". Needless to say, teen boys are 
dropping dead at an alarming rate.

	Teen boys were often influenced by the music that they 
listened to. They were fascinated by the hard rock music , the 
punk rock, and the satanic heavy metal music. Many teen suffered 
hearing loss from listening to this stuff. It was often played at 
high distorted volume levels. Teen boys loved to go to the rock 
concerts. They were often loud free for all of booze, drugs, sex 
and violence. The noise was played through thousand watt speaker 
towers operating at full, plaster shaking volume. This noise was 
louder then a jet at takeoff.

	Teen boys often got involved in role playing games such as 
Dungeon and Dragons. They often took them so seriously that when 
their character was killed, they often committed suicide. A 19 yr 
old at MSU disappeared in the steam tunnels one year. A 17 yr old 
boy held the entire classroom hostage by gunpoint after reading a 
Stephen King novel. It appeared that he was role playing the main 
character in the novel. (September, 89). Anaheim, California, 
October 5, 1989. A 15 yr old boy held a high school drama class 
hostage and shot one student in the process. 2 other teen boys 
committed suicide after listening to a Judust Priest album.

	Some teen boys got involved with computer hacking. They were 
able to use their home computers to tap into bank and research 
computers. Huge phone bills were charged to some one else 
account. Records and files in bank accounts, defense centers, and 
research computers were ruined. A couple of brilliant hackers 
wrote and turned loose some "computer virus". Such "Virus" soon 
raise havoc with entire computer networks when they destroyed the 
data stored in those computers. One teen boy was able to turn a 
virus loose into an international databank system in the spring 
of 1989. It cost 15 million dollars to cleanse the bug out of all 
of the databanks including military computers.

	Saginaw News, Sunday, January 14,1990. A story was published 
about the severe problems that is faced by teen boys that are 
gay. There are so many teen boys in the cities of New York and 
Las Angles that are gay that special schools had to be set up for 
them. Because of all of the fear over aids, gay activities, and 
other problems associated with that life style, there are great 
waves of panic over the thought of such schools being 
established. There was even greater fear over the thought that 
teen boys could be gay. Those teen boys were often singled out by 
other teen boys who would then proceed to "beat them to a pulp."

	Teen boys were constantly getting into fights. It has always 
ben a teen status symbol to "Be Tough". Every school or 
neighborhood had its "Boiler Room", "Back Alley", or other 
secluded place where teen boys would go to "Settle a score". The 
local park near where I live is such a place. One spring around 
noon, about 20 cars full of teen boys suddenly appeared. All the 
cars turned around and had the motors left running so that those 
teens could make a quick getaway. The boys all got out and met in 
the middle of the road where two of them started fighting. Alert 
neighbors had called the police which soon arrived and broke up 
this spectacle.

	The fights are now getting very vicious. In many cases, the 
Teen Boys become severly injured as they club each other with 
anything that they can get their hands on. presently, September, 
1991, there have been two cases in which teen boys have been 
killed as a result of those fist fights.

	According to a study done by the Harvard School of Public 
Health and Boston University, it was discovered that each year, 
one out of every 42 teen boys in the U.S. ends up in the hospital 
for treatment from assault related injuries, usually the result 
of fighting. There are many deaths of teen boys that are the 
results of injuries from those fights.

	Teen boys are also thinking about committing suicide. It is 
not as bad as the teen girls. However, it is still a large 
number. 21% of all teen boys have considered this and 6% have 
tried to kill themselves.

	A lot of them have killed themselves. Locally, one teen boy 
that I knew and will not name killed himself by hanging himself 
in his room. There were no signs that this teen boy was 
considering doing this. He was the typical teen boy of a country 
setting.

	Teen boys thought that it was "Cool" to go to school wearing 
flashy clothes and jewelry. Black teen boys were especially fond 
of the color of Gold. They wore gold rings, chains, and other 
gold objects. Many of them had several pounds of gold on them all 
the time.

	The newest fad are the gold capped teeth. Many of those caps 
sported ornate carvings and expensive jewels.

	Of course, there were many fights and thefts over all of 
that gold which is worth a huge sum of money. There was also a 
status symbol that gold was connected with drugs. (As it usually 
took the profits from drug dealing to come up with enough money 
to buy all of that gold.) There was great protesting by teen boys 
when a school superintendent at a rough intercity New York school 
attempted to ban teen boys from bring gold into schools.

	The shock began to sink in. People everywhere hit the panic 
button and demanded that something had to be done about the 
menace of teen boys.

	In California, a law was passed that would make it illegal 
for a teen aged boy to be a member of a gang. However, it was 
impossible to enforce as the jails and juvenile homes were 
already overcrowded. In Saginaw County, several local communities 
made partying illegal by threatening to fine the homeowners if 
they supplied booze to teens. Several homeowners got into a lot 
of trouble when some teen aged boys had some of the wedding 
champagne at the reception.

	In Detroit, a dusk to dawn curfew was put into effect. It 
failed largely because of the lack of room in the juvenile 
center. There was no place to hold the offenders. Also, many teen 
boys had jobs in the fast food restaurants and were often still 
at work long after the curfew went into effect. It was impossible 
to put into effect when one considers the lack of law enforcement 
personal that is available in the nearly bankrupt, crime ridden 
big cities.

	In New York, a parent made her kids dress in a bullet proof 
vest. Such were the number of shootings that took place near her 
school.

	Several cities passed local laws that made parents 
responsible for crimes that were committed by their Teen Boys. 
Such laws went largely unenforced. Many parents got into trouble 
for "Child Abuse" when they found out that their teen boy was 
using drugs, etc. Other Teen Boys soon took control of the 
parents by their threat to do them great bodily harm if they 
tried to control their behavior.

	In Alanta, Georga, a cerfew was put into effect. This law 
was passed in an effort to reduce the alarming increase of crime 
being committed by teen boys. Parents that allowed teen boys to 
roam the streets after hours could also be arrested. Liberal 
Extremist soon cried foul over such restrictions.

	In the State of Arizona, a law was passed that requires all 
teachers to report to the police any students that they notice 
are sexually active. Example, if a teacher sees two students 
kissing and fondling each other under the bleachers, this teacher 
MUST report this action to the police.The police will then decide 
if action is to be taken against those students. As a result, 
students no longer ask teachers for advice on such problems as 
sexually transmitted diseases or pregnancy for fear that they 
might be reported to the police as being "sexually active". This 
is how this law has been interpreted by the school district of 
Mesa, Arizona. (Saginaw News. November 16, 1989). And, of course, 
Teen Boys are very sexually active, much to the shock of their 
parents.

	Teen dances in Flint, Michigan have been cancelled as a 
result of fights by teen boys. Also, there has been a bunch of 
drive by shootings of teen boys by teen boys as a result of the 
gang wars by teen boys. A 15 yr old was killed and a 17 and 14 yr 
old wounded by the drive by shooting after the fight at the 
dance, Friday, July 13th.

	Parents are also attacking the music groups. In Florida, 
groups such as 2 Live Crew have had their music censored. Judust 
Priest is being sued by the parents of the two teen boys that 
committed suicide.

	Las Angles law enforcement authorities are trying to put an 
end to crimes committed by Teen Boys. They have stepped up their 
efforts to arrest teen boys that commit crimes.

	The Teen Boys in that area have gone on wild crime sprees in 
a response to the police effort. On September 3, 1990 they went 
on a wild crazy crime spree in Fresno California, killing one 
person, wounding 8, robbing, shooting, and destroying everything 
in sight. Their ages when caught, 14 to 17 years old.

	Third world countries have not been spared. Teen Boys run 
wild in many cities there. In Reo De Jernao, the police have 
declared war. Every night, they roam the gettos picking up Teen 
Boys that are involved in crime and shooting them on sight. 
Needless to say, Liberal Extremist are outraged over the Teen 
Boys being treated like criminals.

	Feminist have jumped in to the problem of teen boys and sex. 
They are pushing for the arrest and long term prosecution of teen 
sex offenders. They are also pushing for the idea of manitory 
hormone treatment for teen boys.

	In the Panic Society, the teen aged boy problem will be 
solved as follows.

	1. All teen aged boys will be locked up in a super safe 
isolation room from the time that they reach age 13 , until they 
reach their 20th birthday.

	2. Teen boys will get daily lessons in proper morality. They 
will be restrained if they show any tendency towards suicide, or 
start playing with it.

	3. Absolutely no cigarettes, alcohol or drugs will be 
available for teen boys to use or abuse.

	4. Teen boys will never be allowed to form a group or gang. 

	5. Teen boys will never be allowed to play role playing 
games of any kinds.

	6. Teen boys will never be allowed to get near any girls, 
any animals, anything else that is a female, or each other.

	7. Teen boys will never be allowed to listen to, or play, 
music of any kind.

	8. Teen boys will never be allowed to have anything of value 
such as fancy clothes and jewelry.

	9. Teen boys will be implanted with a male form of 
contractive. This hormone will greatly reduce any tendicy for 
sexual activity by teen boys.

	This will guarantee that there will never be any problems 
with drugs, suicides, gangs, rapes, and "Wilding" from teens.

























On the negative side.

	The vast majority of teen aged boys will be emotionally 
scarred by being punished for something that only a small 
minority of them would have ever done and chances are that they 
would not have done this had they had better parental supervision 
in the first place.
