Babies in the Panic Society.



	The horrifying story of the Steinbergs, (Newsweek, December 
12, 1988, Network TV Specials, etc), trials cause a tremendous 
amount of panic for your glorious leaders in the Panic Society. 
This was a case of an unmarried couple that fell through the 
cracks of the 20th century social services system. It is a case 
of extreme physical and psychological brutality. Its resulted in 
the brutal beating to death of an adopted girl in spite of the 
facts that the neighbors kept telling authorities that something 
was happening over there.

	During the evil 20th century, Babies were suffering from all 
kinds of horrible injuries and deaths. Babies were falling out of 
beds, changing tables, out of windows, down the stairs, out of 
chairs, etc. Babies were drowning in tubs, buckets, pails, wash 
basins, toilets, swimming pools, mud puddles, lakes, rivers, etc. 
Babies were being poisoned, attacked, bitten by animals, burned, 
scalded, cut by glass, dropped head first into toilets, onto 
concrete floors, etc. Babies were getting killed in cars, choked 
to death by plastic, smothered by their clothing, getting deathly 
sick from eating honey, dying mysteriously in the cribs, etc.

	There were also problems with babies being born 
illegitimate. Your glorious leaders hit the panic button when 
they found out that Nearly 25% of all babies are born 
illegitimate and 62% of Black babies are born illegitimate with 
70% of those born to teen girls.

	There were problems with babies being born unwanted. There 
were also problems with low birth weight babies as a result of 
drug use by their thoughtless mothers and lack of prenatal care. 
Other problems occurred when low income families, the result of 
the evil Regan, Busch era, couldn't afford to get proper health 
care for their young children.

	Babies born to mothers that used drugs became a big problem. 
Often, those babies suffered severe physical and mental problems 
as a result of their mothers drug use. 11% of all babies were 
born addicted to drugs. Some of the mothers were even convicted 
of drug peddling as a result of their taking drugs while 
pregnant.

	A lot of those babies were born premature and suffered from 
all kinds of medical problems as a result of their early birth in 
addition to the addictions. This was due to extensive brain 
damage and other defects that was caused by the drugs.

	Many of those babies soon die, in spite of expensive, 
intensive care at the hospitals. The few that survived suffered 
from severe mental problems that causes them to be extremely 
violent. They scream, yell, hit everyone, and destroy everything 
that they got a hold of. Those kids required constant intensive 
care. Foster homes couldn't care for such kids. Nether could 
their parents. Your glorious leaders had to provide special care 
for them.

	Your glorious leaders attempted to solve this problem by 
punishing those evil mothers for their sins.

	Example

	Alicia Gillespie, 23, was sentenced to 6 years in prison 
because her 3 week old infant died from methamphetamine in her 
brest milk.

	Mary Beth Grodi told state police at the Mount Pleasant Post 
that she was visiting relatives in Harrison one weekend and that 
while unpacking the car, she found a milk jug containing what she 
thought was lime Kool-Aid. 

	She put the jug in a refrigerator, then filled a bottle from 
it and fed her son. 

	The baby vomited the liquid, but Grodi thought he vomited 
from an illness he had the previous week. Your glorious leaders 
found out that she tried to poison her kid with antifreeze.*

	Your glorious leaders hit the panic button because child 
abuse and child molestation was running rampant. Babies were 
being molested by aunts, uncles, older siblings, parents, at day 
care centers, etc. Your glorious leaders discovered that one out 
of every two girls would be molested before she reached the age 
of 19, many, before they reached 10. There is also all kinds of 
reports of verbal, physical, and emotional child abuse. 

	Unwanted Babies were being found in trash cans and 
dumpsters. One was even found in the sewage at the Saginaw Waste 
treatment plant. Babies were found dumped in snowbanks, in 
garbage bins, on windowsills, and hidden dead in a room for days. 
	Even more of them were being found, abandoned, in hospital 
bathrooms, or unclaimed in the maternity wards by so called 
"homeless" mothers. Such babies usually suffered from severe drug 
or other mental problems.

	18 yr old Tracy Holloway was charged with second degree 
murder in the death of her 4 month old daughter which died from 
meningitis caused by head injuries. This is the second baby that 
has died while under her care. When Holloway was 14, her first 
baby died of starvation. Holloways mother went to prison for that 
death. We made sure that she paid dearly for that crime.

	Your glorious leaders decided that Abortion would be the 
preferred way to get rid of unwanted babies. We even found that 
the drug RU486 could be used for birth control.

	But, those evil Right to life people screamed and hollered 
about the morals of abortions. They were able to convince 
legislators to make it illegal to perform abortion. They also 
lobbied to have the use of RU486 banned. The results were that 
many people, especially the poor, began to get illegal abortions. 
This was often very dangerous and sometimes fatal.

	Your glorious leaders argued the other way. Not only did we 
insist that a woman had a right to an abortion, But that she 
should insist on getting one. In addition, we said that we would 
start teaching womyn how to perform an abortion should laws be 
passed by evil conservatives to ban such practices.

	Ms. Potelico, a feminist legislature in the State of Idaho 
and glorious hero, proposed the following legislation. "Any man 
that got a women pregnant who then got an abortion to get rid of 
the unwanted pregnancy would get a mandatory 1 to 5 years of 
prison". But, as usual, those evil conservative vetoed this idea.

	In 1988, the State of Michigan received 78,000 reports of 
child abuse. Only 38,000 cases were ever investigated.

	Babies were even used as a sacrificial body by those that 
practice devil worship. Often, many young girls were forced to 
have babies for the purpose of providing them for this awful 
ritual. 15 babies have been sacrificed in satanic rituals in 
Mexico. However, evil Regan officials dismissed the charges which 
included resisting arrest.

	There were also problems with couples that were desperate to 
have a baby but were unable to due to medical reasons.

	Those people then spent all kinds of money in an attempt to 
have kids. Such attempts soon led to abuses and sucker bating. 
	It was next to impossible to adopt a healthy baby due to the 
great demand for the few that were available and all of the 
Government red tape involved. A black market for babies soon 
resulted.with many of the kids being kidnapped from foreign 
countries.

	Surrogate parenting was also tried. However, this led to a 
great many legal and moral problems. The Panic People screamed 
about this and soon, this practice was made illegal.

	Other couples tried sperm banks and other methods in order 
to have a baby. This method didn't always work. One white woman 
ended up with a black baby when her husbands sperm got mixed up 
at a sperm bank.

	Another doctor used his own sperm to inseminate the women in 
his office. When those people found out that they had the doctors 
kid they hot the panic button. He also injected them with drugs 
to fake a pregnancy. he got quite rich until he was caught

	Your glorious leaders argued that such methods of having 
babies were immoral. We felt that any artificial help was immoral 
behavior. We made sure that Dr Cecil B, Jacobson got 285 years in 
prison for the crime of using his own sperm to inseminate the 
women that were desperate to have babies.

	In addition, baby Doctors were getting into all kinds of 
trouble. There were Doctors that "just plain screwed up". Other 
baby Doctors got caught sexually abusing expectant mothers. One 
Doctor in Saginaw was caught sexually abusing mothers in the 
delivery room. Your Glorious Leaders made sure that he went to 
prison for doing this horrible crime.

	Baby doctors were also screwing things up when they 
performed C-sections, used silver nitrate in babies eyes, 
circumcise little boys, and did other awful things to babies to 
cause birth defects and other problems. Your glorious leaders 
made sure that those doctors were sued for such awful activities.

	Abe and Mary Ayala, of Walnut, California, made a desperate 
attempt to save an older child who is suffering from bone cancer 
and needs a bone marrow transplant. Because the doctors could not 
find a suitable donar, the couple decided to have another child 
in the hopes that it could supply the bone marrow for a 
transplant. Your glorious leaders hit the panic button over that. 
As usual, evil conservatives stopped us.

	Fetal cell research came under attack as being immoral. Pro 
Life Extremist believe that women will have babies so that they 
can be aborted for this use. As a result, the Busch 
Administration banned this research which promises to provide a 
cure for many severe diseases.

	Your liberal hero Bill Clinton reversed this policy. But, 
soon your real world leader, Hillery, decided that this was not 
cost effective.

	In 1990, it became possible for Lab Technicians to test 
embryos for their sex and select only the female ones. This 
procedure is in use where, because of heredity, there is a high 
risk that the male offsprings will suffer from retardation, 
hemophilia, or muscular dystrophy.

	Evil Right to life people starting screaming about this one. 
After all, they said, this was murder when you separate embryos 
by sex and destroy the defective ones.

	Your glorious leaders appointed a committee to look into the 
problems associated with raising a family. The following report 
is what resulted from that study.

	Due to all the problems with rape, molesting, drugs, Smoking 
parents, inappropriate positions in sex, premarital sex, teen 
births, abortions, birth defects, embryos, miscarriages, drug 
convictions, the risk of a prison term if your wife or girlfriend 
has an abortion, doctors molesting patients in the delivery room, 
patients molested at prenatal care clinics, Police officers, 
Judges and lawyers molesting defendants, and the extreme danger 
of being convicted of some sex crime, (guilty or not, even 
between consenting married couples), in the 20th century, the 
super safe method of family raising has been established.

	The procedure is as follows,

1. Applicants for raising a child will be screened by our 
computer psychologist program. Your record and family history 
will be screened for any cases of abusive behavior. Also, prior 
computer records will be checked for any molesting violations, so 
that the panic society can rest assured that you will be a 
responsible parent.

2. You will be throughly tested for any signs that you are using, 
or have used drugs.

3. Your INAH 3 will be checked for any signs that it is 
defective, or could cause you or your offspring to have Gay 
tendencies.

4. You are then issued with the proper electronic authorization 
to allow you to have a kid. Rest assured, there will be no sex of 
any kind allowed for this procedure. There is no worry about ever 
being accused of committing some sex crime, or being molested by 
the doctor or nurse.

	Your kid will be cloned. The proper procedures will be done 
at your local clinic for fabricating a fertile egg from approved 
genetic materials of Your Glorious Leaders, and raising the 
embryo in the carefully controlled super safe fetus lab.

	A womyn does not become pregnant. Therefore she doesn't have 
to be worried about being "Raped twice".

	There are never any medical problems with having a kid, nor, 
will there be any problems with a surrogate parent as the human 
factor has been removed from this process.

5. You have a choice of having a boy or a girl or an It. (A 
genderless kid). The It is the most highly recommended as it is 
much harder to accidentally molest one. Also, an It is not likely 
to play with itself or molest others as It becomes a teenager.

6. Your Glorious Leaders will raise the kid for you since you are 
not capable of doing this demanding task.

7. A baby is guaranteed to be healthy and free of any biological 
defects.

8. Absolutely NO SMOKING, or drug use is allowed at any time by 
you.

	The parent is required to do the following,

1. Attend computer classes on the proper care and feeding of a 
baby.

2. Attend computer classes on how to property change diapers and 
avoid violating the laws on second degree child molesting. 

3. Attend computer classes on how to care for your baby in its 
super safe chamber.

	You take the classes by a teleconference in the privacy of 
your super safe home.

	The test tube procedures allows for the screening of the 
genes for any genetic defects prior to the formation of a fertile 
egg. A healthy infant is then assured. 



































The real truth;

	Sex has been removed from the equation for family life. Your 
glorious leaders are now changing the genetic makeup of society 
much the way the 20th century farmers have controlled the genetic 
makeup of their livestock. The genetic makeup of the human race 
will suffer from the lack of a highly varied mixing of genetic 
traits. 

	Since raising kids in the Super Safe Society is not super 
safe, your glorious leaders have chosen for you not to take that 
risk. The population is dropping rapidly in this society. Unless 
risks are taken, this society will self destruct.

	If it doesn't self destruct, technology will stagnate and 
then slip back. This can be proven by their own computer models 
such as Sim Earth on the Amiga.

	Try it. Set up the Earth 20th century. Then, force the 
population to use only solar energy. Watch what happens as you 
are forced to allocate all energy to philosophy to maintain 
order. This simulation is what is happening in Panic Society.

Is the test tube procedure feasible? Yes

	In vitro fertilization was already in practice in the 20th 
century. Also, sperm banks have been created in the U.S. and 
other countries. A great deal of research in cloning has been 
done. The Russians cloned a mastodon from frozen tissue samples 
that were over 10,000 yrs. old before your glorious leaders set 
it free. Since a developing fetus produces a placenta, The 
biologist only needed to provide the proper artificial womb to 
allow the development of the fetus.

	A bacteria that causes sterilization of males has also been 
developed. It can be distributed through milk or the water supply 
of any country.

	Cloning of human embryos has also been proven to be 
feasible.

	All of the embryos that had been frozen for many years were 
used up first. This eliminated the problem of what to do with 
them.

	Gene splicing is already a huge growth industry. Therefore, 
it would soon be possible to sufficiently alter the genetic 
blueprint to produce the IT for the panic society.

	There are available a large variety of test that can detect 
birth defects very early in the fetus development. It is now 
possible to screen the chromosomes themselves for defects. 

	By using such test, defective eggs and sperm are discarded 
before the process of fertilization takes place. This eliminates 
the problems later on of having to abort the fetus, or raise a 
handicapped child that may spend the rest of its life in some 
institution.

	The groundwork for this process was done by the National 
People's Congress in the People's Democratic Republic of China 
when Beijing announced to the rest of the evil world in December, 
1993 that it was starting a new policy of "denying births" to 
inferior people. (No kidding, Washington Post article in the 
Saginaw News, December 22, 1993, front page.) This new policy 
resulted in eliminating the unnecessary births of over 10,000,000 
defective babies in 1994.

	Your glorious leaders are already tinkering with the human 
race. The brain and personality of the fetus is being genetically 
altered to product the perfectly docile citizen for the Panic 
Society. It will no longer be necessary to use the mind control 
gases that have been blocked from your house.

	This genetic engineering has been taken a step further. To 
avoid the problems with race, creed, Religion, I.Q. level, sexual 
preferences, etc. the cloning procedure will use the gene bank of 
"Your Glorious Leaders".

	This individual will then be an It, (Genderless). It will be 
of the same above average IQ. It will be a perfect sheep, always 
obeying the rules, never questioning, always serving the wishes 
of the Panic Society. It will also be raceless. This will occur 
when all the other races become extinct.

	It will also live in total physical isolation from the 
dangerous world and hazards of any physical contact with the 
environment or other members of the Panic Society. The exception 
are that of special individuals tailored to suit the specific 
whims of your glorious leaders.

	Parenting is no longer tolerated. It is too full of risks of 
parental abuse. your world is totally controlled by the Panic 
Society master computer which will make all of the decisions of 
what it thinks is good for you. 

	You are the ultimate prisoner in your own cage. for the rest 
of your life, under total computer control.

	If normal people don't "Wake Up" and use common sense, this 
is the future we face as Your Glorious Leaders take control of 
society.
