Alien Breed Special Edition CD32

All changes you requested have been done. You did not say how one should
enter the level computer, so I put it on the BLUE button (when you're
not nearby a computer, this button brings up the map).

The holocodes are listed below. I changed it to all digits, because it
is faster to enter codes that way.

I rewrote the controller read routine to read a controller in the other
port as well. I hope it works okay (it should, since it's doing the exact
same things as the other routine, but for either port).

The thing works fine on my 68040 with all caches on, so it should work
equally well on the 68020. It's also independent of the VBR register
content (important for A4000 machines with the future CD attachment).

Yeah, I almost forgot; when in pause mode, you will have to keep the
yellow button depressed for one second or so to quit the game. This was
done to avoid exiting the game by accident.
