Earlier in the week a PPC Quake patch was placed in Aminet by an individual who masked the readme file so it seemed as if it had been released from ClickBOOM. This was not the case for in a few hours it was removed after it was discovered to be an illegal PPC Quake patch.
This disgraceful act not only angered those at Aminet and ClickBOOM but also condemned any chances of a PPC port of Quake to oblivion. Those responsible for the upload should be ashamed for their actions.
