It is expected that sometime during the next week or two that the last issue of CU Amiga will be published. It was only last month that Editor of CU Amiga Magazine, Tony Horgan announced the awful news that the October issue would be the last due to various reasons.
Amiga Flame believes that it would be a fitting tribute for all in the Amiga Community to buy the last issue of what was one of the best Amiga Magazines for the Amiga. The staff of CU Amiga should be commended by the Amiga Community for their hard work to inform the Amiga public throughout the UK and the rest of the world of the latest developments in all fields of the Amiga.
It has been said that Amiga Inc is expected to give them Exclusive News on some of their current developments and so it will be a great last issue. Perhaps it's wrong to say "Goodbye", and better to say, "We will see you soon" for we hope like the staff of CU Amiga hope, that with the return of the Amiga in 1999, will herald the return of CU Amiga, Amiga Computing, Amiga News and so many more of the Magazines who kept the Amiga Community together.
