This one has a much longer description, the use of VALIGN=TOP means the top of the text
and picture are aligned, with white space under the picture to fill the cell.
Normally you would use the same VALIGN settings for all rows, the different settings on
this page are for illustartion only. The third row has VALIGN=BOTTOM.
Note that even when the image is not displayed, the browsers shows a
box of the current size, thanks to WIDTH and HEIGHT.
The image buttons at the top of the page have no borders since it is obvious that they
are navigation buttons, but I have left borders enabled for the photographs, otherwise
it wouldn't be clear that they are also links. Notice that the ALT text is larger than
the body text, due to a FONT tag surrounding the image.
