Studio II FAQ

We've attempted to answer some of the common support questions below; before sending us a support message, please take the time to read through these to see if any addresses your problem.

Does Studio II work with the HP DeskJet 820?

No, Studio II does not support the Windows GDI emulation. This does not affect the support for the DJ 850 and 870, which are PCL emulation.

Can Studio II print at 1200 dpi with the Lexmark printers?

Yes. Install as a plain PCL5e printer. Once installed, set the Max Resol. option in LaserPref to 1200 dpi.
