League of Nations

The League of Nations has no purpose whatsoever - it is simply a bit of fun. However, for those of you who are interested, I will explain how it is calculated. It is extremely simple, really. I have taken every countries' best score for each of the sixteen circuits and added them together. I feel that this will give a better representation of a country's ability than my last system.
