OR: if one or both of the inputs are high than the output will be high.
AND: if both inputs are high than the output will be high.
INVERTER: outputs the opposite of the input.
JUMPER: only one input per line. output is the same as the input. the input
        lines are chosen by you.
JUNCTION: only one input. the outputs are the same as the input.  the input
        line is chosen by you.
METER: only one input. output is the same as the input. shows the state
       of the input. the input line is chosen by you.
RIGHT FACING SWITCH: if on output is high. if off output is low. it can be
                      turned on and off by clicking it while running.

LEFT FACING SWITCH: if on output is high. if off output is low. it can be
                      turned on and off by clicking it while running.

NEW: clear everything without saving.
OPEN: open a saved circuit.
OPEN CHIP: not yet implemented.
SAVE: save a circuit.
SAVE CHIP: not yet implemented.
ABOUT: program information.
QUIT: quit without saving circuit.

BUILD: use the mouse to place the element that is selected. putting an
       element on top of an existing one will delete it.
DELETE: delete elements by clicking on them.
LINK: link elements together. on the link requester red lined indicate a
      preexisting link. selecting an preexisting link will replace it. 
UNLINK: unlink elements.

RUN: test a circuit in real time.
HALT: stop.
