     BioComp is copyright © 1991 by Gérard CORNU but is freely distributable
     as long as you don't charge more than the cost of an AmigaLibDisk from
     Fred Fish, and include this unaltered doc file.
	
     This program cannot be used for commercial purposes, or included 
     on magasine's cover disks without the written permission of the author.

     Fred Fish is obviously allowed to include it in its one and only
     AmigaLibDisk library.


About the program:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

     BioComp use the biorhythmic cycle findings to compute and display
     the biorhythmic compatibility of two persons.     

     Its use is fairly intuitive, you'll have to enter 2 sets of name and 
     birthday. The name is optional (just press [return] if you feel shy ;-),
     the date's format is:  day/month/year ie: 17/3/1991. The year must be 
     between 1901 and 1999 inclusive.

     Once a result has been displayed, there will be 2 hidden gadgets. They
     are the 1st and 2nd lines (after the title!). If you want to get the 
     biorhythmic compatibility of a person already displayed with somebody 
     else, just click on the redundant line and you'll have to enter only the
     name and birthday of the new person. Instead of having to click on 
     'another one' and enter the particulars for the 2 persons.	
	                                        
     Please bear in mind that two persons will have an average biorhythmic
     compatibility of 100% only if they were born the same day or 21,252 
     days  apart, (59.1848 years!).


A quick word about biorhythms:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

     All of us have noticed that some days we feel tired or depressed
     without any explanations, when the day before, everything was
     all right.
     
     Some scientists have looked into this problem, and they have
     discovered, after a lot of statistical analysis of people, and 
     the study of medical files, that those ill-fated days come round 
     at regular intervals.
     
     They found a physical cycle of 23 days, an emotional cycle of
     28 days and an intellectual cycle of 33 days. Those three cycles
     start together the day we are born.
     
     -The PHYSICAL CYCLE deals with stamina, vitality, energy, vigour 
      and physical strength.
      
     -The EMOTIONAL CYCLE concerns the nervous system, that is emotions, 
      sensitivity, optimism, self assurance, moods, creativity, intuition.
      
     -The INTELLECTUAL CYCLE is about our intellectual faculties !
     
     Biorhythms are based on scientific findings, not on theory.
