"cal.data". It has 366 records. Each record is 310 bytes. It holds the daily data records. 2. "diary.data`year'". Each time an entry is made into the diary one record is added to this file. Each record is 520 bytes. 3. "diary.index`year'". Each time an entry is make into the diary one record is added to this file. Each record is 2 bytes. This contains the month and day of the diary entry into "diary.data`year'". 4. "cal.symbol.dat". This file has 12 records, 32 bytes each. This file tells calendar where to put the symbols for each month. 5. "pay.scedule". This file has 18 records, 39 bytes each. This holds the data for the payment scedules. If you make copies of files: 1. Copy "cal.data" and "cal.symbol.dat" in tandem. (Do not copy one without copying the other.) 2. Copy "diary.index`year'" and "diary.data`year'" in tandem. If somehow you loose "cal.data" or want to start up a new data base, Amiga Calendar will initialize a new "cal.data" and a new "cal.symbol.dat" if there is not one on the disk. This will take a couple minutes to process. If you have any questions or suggestions call or write: Mark Hurst 23301 S.W. McKibben Rd. Sheridan Or. 97378 (503) 843-3185 Happy Calendaring!!
