This program was developed to be used as a module in several different
utilities that I am currently working on.

If you like this program and decide to put it on your WorkBench disk, then
please send me a few dollars (at least $5, but a few hundred is prefered).  

Changes in 1.01: ----------------------------------------------------------

This program can be used just like my PopPalette program (it will pop to
the currently active screen---the screen on top).  This requires PopCLI IV
and the NOWB option (check out POPPAL.ZOO).

It will work with Kickstart 1.2 & WorkBench 1.3 now (instead of requiring
KickStart 1.3).

Trivial, but important to me----changed outlines from pen 0 to pen 2!
