And the fact is, the situation around our lovely computer has never been that bad as at the moment. The few Software developers left on the AMIGA system are turning more and more over to f4otherf1 systems. In Germany nearly all AMIGA related game paper-magazines have to close their doors or have to cooperate with other magazines. In other countries, like Norway, there is no AMIGA magazine available any longer. Also many Sceners don`t want to wait any longer, they more and more turn over to c02PCc03 or other platforms. Don`t go on dreaming, this is the reality. Just check out your contactlist, how many of your contacts changed to other platforms during the last 12 month. But anyway, there are still a lot of people going on working on their lovely AMIGA. But how long? c02Commodore c03 failed for more than 10 years, c02Escomc03 picked up the pieces and formed c02AMIGA TECHNOLOGIESc03. They were able to produce some more AMIGAs for a while, but failed then also. An american firm called c02VisCORPc03 showed interest in AMIGA, but they failed just before they`ve begun. Surely I don`t have to repeat the whole story again, everyone of you has followed this exciting adventure. f4"The soap-opera of the computer world"f1, like a contact of mine told me some time ago. c01 PERSPECTIVES FOR THE A/BOX c03 So you see, it`s time that something will happen. At the moment the only future for our `girlfriend` is the so-called c02A\Boxc03 byc01 PHASE-5c03, announced to be released in the middle of this year. This computer may beat the world of computers like the A1000 did in 1985, and all this for a really great price. We all can only hope that PHASE-5 has got the possibilities for a powerful marketing, for many advertisements in all computermagazines and perhaps also on TV (I can`t hear that c02Intelc03-melody on TV any longer, this makes me sick). And the most important thing is a very good distribution for this machine worldwide. The main problem for this machine is the fight against all other systems then. In 1985, when the A1000 appeared, this machine was the only one with that great sound and GFX-possibilities. Now, in 1997, a completely new computer has got a hard fight against systems like c02Mac, Acorn c03and the hardest enemy: c02PCc03! But with a good marketing, a good start, it can beat the computer-world. If there are enough c02A\Boxc03 users around, many software developers will start converting and even developing on this system with absolutely new possibilities. Just imagine you`ll use c02Lightwavec03 on an 300 Mhz or more AMIGA! This would beat every home computer machine for sure! So it`s time now for many changes, if c02PHASE-5c03 will also fail, c02Bill Gatesc03 is just about to realise his goal: To get the most rich man in the world and to control this world with his lame, useless thing called WINDOWS and other crap.
