c03Kajaani is a nice town, settled in the
very  middle  of  Finland.
It's  quite  small,  and  few  of  its
citizens know to have, among them, two
dudes  who  have  been a part of Scene
History.

Thanks      to      our      reporter,
f2Action/Anadunef1,  we  finally  had  the
opportunity to have a closer glance to
Heatbeat and Muffler's private lives.

c01           HEATBEATING

c04Heatbeatc03  is  surely the most known of
them.  His past features membership in
groups  such  as  Byterapers,  Rebels,
CNCD  and  Carillon,  where  he  still
claims  to be.  Defined by the most as
musician,  our Heatbeat, or Aleksi, as
his   friends  call  him,  prefers  to
underline   his   attitude   in   Bass
playing.
Born  twenty  years  ago,  Heatbeat is
still  looking  for  a  job, "as Scene
never  gave me the opportunity to find
one..."  he  likes to declare.  A jazz
lover, Aleksi, as a respectable scener
in  rest,  uses  to  go  around by his
favourite   car   together   with  his
girl-friend,  mostly because they both
have few opportunities to meet.
Asked  about the Scene, our hero loves
to  declare  "I've been into the Scene
for  over  six  years,  but then I got
bored,  because  I  never found a real
friend in.  You know, the Scene can be
really great for interrailers, as they
have  the  chance  to  rest  a bit and
clean  their  dresses  inside homes of
their  contacts..." Well, honestly we,
Generation  staff,  never  thought the
Scene  could  be conceived as a public
wash-house, nevertheless...
Heatbeat's  favourite  party  has been
Abduction'96  in  Oulu,  a  nice  city
during the summer.  If you still don't
have  understood  Aleksi  is  a  quite
original  guy,  in fact, his answer to
our  question  about which one was his
favourite   party  activity  is  "just
walking around the city, what else..."
He  even  changed  his  real name.  We
wonder  because of his worldwide fans.
"It's  great no one knows me anymore".

c04Mufflerc03,  the younger brother, is even
the   soberer.   His  relative's  fame
surely  helped  him  in the beginning,
but now, Konsta, is convinced to go on
by his strenght only.
"Yes,  I  started  in  Energy, but I'm
convinced it'll be Nah-Kolor the group
which  will gave me the fame" has been
stated  by  the  young Finish guy, who
has,  as  other  hobbies skateboarding
and Nintendo's playing.
"What  I'm  going  to do, after having
left   the   Scene?    I  don't  know,
really...   Just  now I feel like I'll
never  want  to  leave the Scene.  But
when  that  day will come I would like
to be somehow get mixed up with making
music.   But  let's  see,  I can't say
anything  for  sure  yet." Wise words,
aren't they?
