In  1957  the Jason Scholars predicted that by the year 2000 the Earth wouldn't
be  able  to  cope anymore due to the increasing population, waste of resources
etc.   Eisenhower  ordered them to begin study into what could be done and they
came up with the following...
Alternative  1  -  Use  a  nuclear  weapons  to blow holes in the Stratosphere,
thereby stopping the GreenHouse effect, and to promote enviromental issues.
Alternative  2  -  Build underground cities in which a selection from all races
and cultures could continue.
Alternative  3  -  Was  to  build  colonies  on  the  Moon and Mars using Alien
technology.
	Also, all three alternatives, involved birth control and "germ warfare"
to get rid of the "undesirables", which AIDS is claimed to be one method.

Around  80  miles NNW of Las Vegas in the Nevada desert is the Nellis Air Force
Range  and  Nuclear  Test  Site.  In this area is GroomLake, which is now a dry
lake,  and  this  is  Area 51. 
	This  is  the US Government's test site, for both Black Projects ( Such
as  Stealth,  Aurora  etc.   ),  and where they actually test their UFOs.  From
Russian  Spy  Satallite  photographs  it  has  been  shown that Area 51 has the
longest  runway  in the world, some 9 miles long.

A  US  Black Project, a "convential" craft which is as a TAV ( TransAtmospheric
Vehicle ), ie it is able to fly in space.
