After nearly all my family and friends had won something i was beginning to think that I was the unluckiest geaser on earth but now its 1995 my fortunes seem to be changing, but, what has this got to do with amos?. Bugger all, but I couldnt think of a decent intro for this section. so the intros out of the way lets get down to business. Whats in store for you this issue, actually not a lot but we do have a rather juicy taster of a hot new extension (which was suppossed to be included on issue 4 but, the deadline was missed and I forgot to re-edit the text so apologies to all those readers who couldnt find it).its definitly on this issue. so read on...... @5 Power Bobs - The demo, exclusive to Amoszine -------------------------------------------- @4 how to install it.... see the AMOSZINE_POWERBOB.doc on this disc Once that is done have a play with the demo programs, obviously a vast amount of the commands availiable to you in the full version are not included in this demo and is there purely to demonstrate the speed increases. The full version contains a vast amount of new commands as well as faster bobs, faster sprites and mega fast collision detection and a rather new method of blitting your bobs which you cant do with original amos commands (read doc file on the new 25fps mode). Plus full amal support and of course loads of demo programs. so you want the full version what do you do...simple @6 prices ------ @4 Powerbobs + printed manual = 25 pounds powerbobs + manual on disk = 20 pounds Also availiable are the following extensions...
