When the darkness lifts its heavy black cape and a burning red sun slowly begins to rise on the far horizon. Just before the red hot sun climbs into the sea of dispersed clouds, the sweet cacophony of birds sing their dawn chorus to greet the arival of a new day. Sunrise is a very special moment quite different to Sunset. If one is working very hard through long nights, in my case composing music, there is a tendancy, eventually, to go to bed about 08.00 - 09.00 a.m. If the need arises to work through the night, then as a special reward you will have that rare pleasure of witnessing a glorious sunrise and the beautiful bird music a 'Dawn Chorus'.
