Private Channels is a separate company who is working not only with
PLAY, the company formed by ex NewTek VP Paul Montgomery, and
with Scala Inc and others.

I met up with PLAY personnel:
Mark Randall - VP of Sales
Ken Turcotte - VP of Research
Stephen Hartford - VP of Prod. Dev.
and
Kiki Stockhammer - whose biz card has no job description, heh

at NAB and chatted with them for a while. They did have a press
conf on Sunday but basically it only served to introduce themselves
and their new company. They did not have any product announcements
yet. 

The only paper they had to had out was the same one page press
release which Hartford posted to c.s.a.graphics last weekend.
They did give me a PLAY button tho :)

Their company logo is a VCR-style Play button  "[>]"
They're located in San Francisco.
After I get home from NAB next week, I'll be scanning and uploading
(to Portal and Aminet) a number of pictures I took at the show, 
including one of the entire PLAY gang named above.
