Being a new 1200 owner, I have been looking for good AGA releases out on the
net.  Anything that takes advantage of the AGA chipset to make me feel good
for trading my 25mhz 3000 for this 1200.  >=) So far I have not had much
luck, so I decided to make a list of AGA releases on the net.

--- This is going to need much input from others, and once started, it will
really help those new AND old to the AGA scene to find software releases.

I will split it up into :  GAMES, DEMOS, and UTILITIES to begin with..  and
split it up even further as it grows (hopefully!) Just to get a small start,

                                              music.. uses AGA well

New World 1.21    game/misc/NewWorld121.lha   Shareware "Seven Cities of
                  *wuarchive.wustl.edu        Gold" genre game.  Nice sharp
                                              hires graphics, supports AGA
                                              .. buggy version, look for 1.3

Giger Tetris      ??                          Decent tetris game with 256
                                              color H.R. Giger picture in
                                              the background.

UChess 2.17       ??                          Chess game that needs lots of
                                              RAM and CPU power to play at
                                              all.. but nice GFX!

                                              gradient AGA backdrop.

DCS AGA demo      demo/aga/dcs_aga.dms        Straightforward rotating
                  *wuarchive.wustl.edu        objects and scrolly text-but
                                              with 256 colors of course.
                                              Nothing new but AGA support.

WindowBlender     ??                          Not much of a utility, but
                                              this is an excellent program,
                                              creates some beautiful 256
                                              color patterns and cycles of
                                              math functions.

ViewTek 2.0       gfx/show/ViewTek20.lha      Excellent .JPG, .GIF, ANIM,
                                              and IFF file viewer for AGA
                                              and non-AGA machines. Great!


I have a lot to add to this, but I thought I'd throw this out there to get
people contributing.. please EMail me any info you have on AGA software on
