Usage

The following information appears in the dialog:

Point Count

The total number of points in the active Foreground layers.

Size

The size of the Bounding Box encompassing all of the points in the active Foreground layers. The three values specify the geometry's size in the X, Y and Z axes, respectively.

Bounds

The minimum and maximum bounds of the Bounding Box encompassing all of the points in the active Foreground layers. There are two rows of three values each. The first row's three values specify the minimum bounds of the geometry in the X, Y and Z axes, respectively. The second row's three values specify the maximum bounds of the geometry in the X, Y and Z axes, respectively.

Center

The center of the Bounding Box encompassing all of the points in the active Foreground layers. The three values specify the geometry's center in the X, Y and Z axes, respectively.

Make Bounding Box

Below the Bounding Box information is an option to create a Bounding Box object that will encompass all of the points in the active Foreground layers. Check this option to create the Bounding Box. The Bounding Box will be created in the first active Foreground layer.

You may Undo the Bounding Box to delete the original object and leave only the Bounding Box. Two more Undo's will restore the original object.

The status of the Make Bounding Box checkbox will be remembered for the next time the plug-in is invoked.
