Shareware Version

Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try software before buying it.
If you try a Shareware program and continue using it, you are expected to 
register. Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software, and
the copyright holder retains all rights.

You are hereby licensed to: use the Shareware Version of the software for a 
30 day evaluation period; make as many copies of the software and documentation
as you wish; give exact copies of the original Shareware Version  to anyone;
and distribute the Shareware Version of the software and documentation in its
unmodified form via electronic means. You are specifically prohibited from 
charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
distributing the software with other products (commercial or otherwise) without
written permission.

Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software. This license allows you to use this software for
evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you use this
software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration fee of $120 is
required. 

Payments must be in US dollars drawn on US Bank checks or International Money
Orders for not US residents.
