          Note:  It  is  strictly  prohibited  to  share or distribute
                 Hearts without the above files present and  in  their
                 original condition.  The complete set of files may be
                 distributed   in   there   uncompressed   form  or  a
                 compressed  form  suitable  for   your   distribution
                 requirements.  The compressed file MUST bear the file
                 name  HRT66.*.   Please  DO NOT  compress these files
                 for distribution without insuring file integrity.

                      **   Distribution Requirements   **


          In ABSOLUTELY NO WAY may Hearts be represented or implied as
          being FREE.  Hearts is copyrighted to  CareWare,  1989-1993,
          with  All  Rights  Reserved  and is presented as a SHAREWARE
          product.  Hearts may be distributed or  shared  with  others
          for  the  purpose  of  evaluation  as  long  as  it  remains
          unaltered and distributed in its entirety  as  listed  above
          under "Program Files".

          Hearts  may  NOT  be  distributed  from more than one retail
          location by any single company  without  written  permission
          from  CareWare.   Rack vending distribution is an example of
          this type of marketing and requires written permission.



                      **   Distribution Requirements   **


          Hearts may NOT be  bundled  with  other  software  and  dis-
          tributed  under  any other name but Hearts or HRT65.  Hearts
          may reside on a disk or CD  with  other  software  but  must
          remain distinctively separate (i.e., separate directory).  A
          distribution fee, not to exceed $6.00 (U.S.), may be imposed
          by   disk  distributors  to  cover  material,  shipping  and
          handling costs.

          CareWare  would  appreciate  copies  of  anything  you print
          regarding Hearts.  Please send us a  copy  of  any  reviews,
          articles,  catalog  descriptions,  or  other information you
          write or distribute regarding this product.

          Registration of Hearts grants a user the license to use this
          product  on  a  single  computer.  A registered user may use
          Hearts on a different computer, but may not use it  on  more
          than one computer at the same time.
