+  3 7  is a classic game of interstellar mercantilism.   The object
+      the game is to make the most money in fifty moves.  You make money by buying
+      stock in trading companies, and helping them to grow and merge into great
+      interstellar shipping lanes worth millions of dollars.
+
+         During each turn, you will be given a choice of five map locations to
+      choose from.  One of four things will happen after every choice:
+

+  3 7   -  If you select a space in the middle of nowhere, an outpost
-           will be formed.   The Outpost will be marked with a "

+  3 7   -  If you select a coordinate adjacent to an outpost
+           or a star,  a new company will be formed.  You will receive five shares
+           of stock in this company.

+  3 7   -  If you select a coordinate between two different companies, the two
+           companies will merge.  Any stock held in the old company wil be converted
+           into shares in the new company.

+  3 7   -  If you  select a coordinate next to an existing company, the company
+           will absorb the coordinate and the value of its stock will increase.

-  e f SPLIT
-  3 7   -  Once a companies stock value reaches
