Team *AMOS* Application Form


Team *AMOS* Is a small collection of user names that I started, to show the world how much AMOS means to all those people who use it/are familiar with it. Information collected from these forms is stored in a database, and if anyone who wants to develop AMOS turns around and says that there aren't enough AMOS users to pursue the idea, then I can present them with the list of users and prove them all wrong!

To join, simply fill out all the information below and hit the SUBMIT button. All you have to do in return, is simply place the text "Proud member of Team *AMOS*" or simply just "Team *AMOS*" somewhere in your email and news sigs,to show the world your support.
