The last time I checked, Wordworth 5 files 
(documents and templates) are still compatible with 
older versions of Wordworth. You do not have to 
use the dedicated saver for Wordworth 3. The files 
will load.

Wordworth 2 users will just need to change the text 
and background colours to black and none (white) 
respectively. This is relatively simple, due to the 
palette in the toolbar. Just remember to use the 
select all command beforehand.

Please note that older versions of Wordworth lack 
many of the current features, which will not be 
accepted. In some cases, the screen will just flash if 
Wordworth can not load a table for example. Fonts 
will produce an error requester and will be 
converted to your default font. EPS structured 
drawings will be deleted, and so on and so forth. I 
have not checked backward compatibility for a while 
now.

I am telling you this because all the files on 
Wordworth PD are being created in Wordworth 5 
only. This allows other owners of Wordworth 5 to 
access the styles, etc., and still provide useful 
templates, etc., for older versions of Wordworth. I 
will not lie to you, Wordworth PD is concentrating 
on ARexx macros and Wizards more then ever now 
so will only be completely beneficial to Wordworth 
5 users. The projects and templates will benefit 
everyone, especially tips such as:

"Printing.Guide/Background"} of Wordworth. 

On this volume and 1.2, you will find numerous 
ARexx macros to convert documents to other file 
formats including Proper Grammar.

Wordworth (all versions I know) are still compatible 
with Proper Grammar; Proper Grammar uses the 
Kindwords 3 library for Wordworth documents. 
Proper Grammar changes the Front and Background 
Text colours to 40% grey (on reloading to 
Wordworth), and deletes all style sheets and graphic 
elements. All font styles and formatting are 
unaffected by Proper Grammar. Two scripts have 
been provided to reduce these problems:

The Proper Grammar ARexx scripts effectively copy 
out the body text from a Wordworth document. By 
doing so it means that the headers and footers are 
unaffected, all graphic objects remain, and, what is 
more important, the style sheets are not deleted 
(although the tags to your text are). This is the best 
solution and requires very little work from the user. 
However, I would like to see Digita write or licence 
a grammar checker for a future version of 
Wordworth.
