On AMIGAs website they created an FTP area with useful programs for OS3.5. But the programs are not from AMIGA, but from third parties.

On IBMs website there is a detailed interview with AMIGA president Bill McEwen and AMIGAs Vice President of Development, Fleecy Moss, about the new Amiga, which includes especially developer specific things. But it is not unintersting for users.

On the AMIGA website, a "FAQ-O-Matic" was created for developers. SDK owners find continously updated help about different subjects.

Gary Peake made a statement regarding the licence fees regarding the SDK. For 2000, they will not ask for any fees and for 2001 they think about a new strategy. Open Source software will generally be freed from licence fees.

In the Amiga-News forum (July 23, 2000) you could read, that AMIGA is looking for alpha testers for the Mesa ports (OpenGL) and for the Amiga-Object model, which code name is "Andromeda". Requirements are the presence of a Matrox G400 Millenium graphics board, a SDK and a signed NDA.
